Teevr Music Lab sells both physical products and digital products.
Return and refund rules differ based on the product type.
1. Physical Products
Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as delivered
- Be returned with original packaging
- Have a valid proof of purchase
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Wrong item delivered
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Change of mind reasons

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Digital Products (PDFs, Guitar Pro Files, Courses)
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
This includes:
- PDF lesson materials
- Guitar Pro (.gp) files
- Online courses, masterclasses, and workshops
- Downloadable software or digital content
Due to the nature of digital goods, access cannot be revoked once granted.
3. Refund Process for Physical Products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

5. Exchanges
We replace physical items only if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the item once returned.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted.
